AutoGen Connected DC Generator Platform

New AutoGen connected platform

Your generator, battery bank, and dealer support in one connected system.

AutoGen starts when your batteries need help, charges with purpose, reports live data to your phone, and gives dealers the tools to support every deployed unit.

Everything important stays visible.

Customers see the power system they depend on. Dealers see the fleet they support. Installers get the details needed to commission cleanly.

Cloud monitoring

Battery voltage, charging current, runtime, temperatures, alerts, schedules, and recent history in the app and dashboard.

Dealer fleet tools

Organize devices by customer or site, check firmware versions, open live device pages, and spot units needing attention.

Firmware workflows

Roll out tested releases to the right device family and confirm units return online with the expected firmware.

API access

Scoped tokens let approved software read telemetry, write supported settings, and send commands where control is allowed.

Open API documentation

From low battery to confirmed charge, without guesswork.

AutoGen handles the sequence and shows every stage clearly, from battery threshold to generator run confirmation and controlled shutdown.

Battery drops

The controller watches the battery bank and waits for the configured start condition.

Generator starts

Start relays, choke, run confirmation, retry logic, and safety states are managed by the controller.

Charging begins

Supported generators report voltage, current, temperatures, oil pressure, runtime, and energy data.

You can see it

The app and dashboard show live state, controls, history, schedules, and alerts.

Dealer can help

With permission, a dealer can check status, firmware, faults, and service needs remotely.

Flagship controllers for the new AutoGen platform.

AutoGen Ultra and AutoGen X Pro are the future-facing controller range for connected generator automation.

Designed for the places where power problems are expensive.

Remote homes, telecom sites, farms, and dealer fleets all need the same thing: power equipment that reports clearly and can be supported quickly.

Off-grid homes

Automatic battery charging, quiet timers, mobile control, and remote alerts.

Telecom sites

Fleet visibility, runtime history, alerts, LTE cloud connection, and GPS options for deployed assets.

Remote farms

Generator automation for pumps, sensors, water systems, and sites without reliable internet.

Dealers

Manage customer devices, support installations, see service needs, and coordinate firmware workflows.

Answers before the buyer has to ask.

Product pages carry the deeper details: photos, diagrams, app screenshots, performance reports, videos, FAQs, manuals, and downloads.

What makes AutoGen different?

AutoGen combines controller hardware, connected DC generators, cloud software, apps, API access, and dealer tools into one product ecosystem.

What if the site has no WiFi?

Ultra and the new generators can support LTE for cloud connection. When internet access is unavailable, AutoGen controllers and generators can open WiFi Local AP mode for direct app or browser monitoring, control, and settings. BLE terminal can also be used nearby for supported commands and data. AutoGen X can use LoRa with LoRaGen for long-range local communication.

Can dealers manage multiple customers?

The new platform is designed with dealer fleet management, service visibility, and support workflows in mind. Authorized dealers can use the fleet console for device status, firmware workflows, customer scope, and service actions.

Where are the technical details?

Every main product page includes specifications, connectivity options, diagrams, manuals, FAQ content, compatible accessories, and downloads.
