Connected 48V DC charging with control and visibility built in.

Each AutoGen generator combines a variable-RPM engine-generator package, permanent magnet alternator, adjustable charging output, automated control, and connected monitoring.

Direct 48V DC charging

Charges the battery bank through a dedicated 48V DC output, with voltage and current adjusted for the installation.

Permanent magnet alternators

Compact permanent magnet alternators provide the DC charging output across the V100, D100, and D180 range.

Connected dashboard

Owners can view generator state, battery voltage, charging current, runtime, temperatures where fitted, schedules, alerts, and service information.

Remote dealer support

With customer permission, authorized dealers can review supported units and assist with service information, configuration, and firmware remotely.

From battery demand to confirmed charging.

AutoGen manages the operating sequence from the configured start condition to confirmed engine operation and visible battery charging.

Start condition

The controller can respond to battery-bank voltage, schedules, supported external signals, or approved remote commands.

Generator starts

AutoGen manages the start sequence, checks that the engine is running, and retries when confirmation does not arrive.

Charging is confirmed

Once the engine is running, supported systems show battery voltage, charging current, runtime, temperatures, and operating state.

Owners can monitor it

The app and web dashboard provide live status, controls, schedules, history, alerts, and supported settings.

Dealers can assist remotely

With customer permission, authorized dealers can review supported units, service information, and firmware status.

Choose by fuel type and required charging output.

Start with the required charging current, then choose petrol or diesel and the connectivity needed at the site.

Common questions about AutoGen DC generators.

All three models provide adjustable 48V DC charging and connected AutoGen control, with petrol or diesel engine options and outputs up to 180 A.

Is this direct 48V DC charging?

Yes. V100, D100, and D180 charge 48V battery banks through adjustable DC output from a variable-RPM generator and permanent magnet alternator.

Which model should I choose?

Choose V100 for petrol charging up to 100 A, D100 for diesel charging up to 100 A, or D180 for higher-output diesel charging up to 180 A.

Can an authorized dealer support my generator remotely?

Yes. With your permission, an authorized dealer can review supported units, monitor runtime and service information, and assist with configuration and firmware.

Is GPS available on every version?

No. GPS is available only with LTE configurations and is not offered on WiFi-only versions.
